تغطي هذه السياسة تطبيق يومية على iOS وAndroid والنسخة التجريبية للويب وعارض الطبيب. تحتوي يوميتك على معلومات صحية.
This policy covers youmia on iOS and Android, the web pilot, and the doctor viewer. Your diary contains health information.
ما تسجله What you record
يحفظ تطبيق يومية الاسم أو مرجع المريض الذي تدخله، والعمر إن أدخلته، وأيام التسجيل، وكميات البول والسوائل، والإلحاح والتسرب والتبول الليلي، وأوقات النوم، وأعراض الأمعاء والمسالك البولية، وأي ملاحظات. هذه سجلات صحية وقد تدل على هويتك. أدخل فقط المعلومات التعريفية التي يحتاجها طبيبك، وتجنب رقم الهوية أو رقم الملف الطبي أو تاريخ الميلاد الكامل.
youmia stores the name or patient reference you enter, age if entered, diary dates, urine and fluid volumes, urgency, leakage, nocturia, sleep times, bowel and urinary symptoms, and any notes. These are health records and may identify you. Use only the identifying details your clinician needs; do not enter a national ID, medical record number or full date of birth.
التخزين المحلي والحماية Local storage and protection
تُحفظ اليوميات داخل التطبيق على هاتف iPhone أو Android. وتحفظ النسخة التجريبية للويب اليوميات في المتصفح المستخدم. لا يوجد حساب للمريض أو قاعدة مركزية لليوميات أو مزامنة تلقائية لليوميات مع المطور. يتيح تطبيق الهاتف القفل بالبصمة أو الوجه أو رمز PIN، بينما لا تتوفر هذه الحماية في نسخة الويب. يتحكم القفل في فتح التطبيق، لكنه لا يشفّر ملفات اليومية تشفيراً مستقلاً، لذا تبقى حماية جهازك مهمة. يتولى نظام التشغيل مطابقة البصمة أو الوجه، ولا يحصل تطبيق يومية على قالب بصمتك أو وجهك.
Diaries are stored in the app on your iPhone or Android phone. The web pilot stores them in that browser. youmia has no patient account, central diary database or automatic diary sync to the developer. The mobile app offers biometric or PIN locking; the web pilot does not. The lock controls access to the app, but does not encrypt diary files separately. Your device security still matters. Biometric matching is handled by the operating system; youmia does not receive your fingerprint or face template.
النسخ الاحتياطي وتغيير الهاتف Backups and changing phones
يضبط هذا الإصدار Android لاستبعاد بيانات التطبيق من النسخ السحابي التلقائي والنقل بين الأجهزة. وعلى iOS، تُحدد مساحة تخزين اليومية للاستبعاد من النسخ الاحتياطي للنظام. لا يوفر تطبيق يومية خدمة استعادة أو استيراد. احفظ ما تحتاجه من ملفات PDF أو JSON قبل حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات المتصفح أو تغيير الهاتف. وقد ينسخ تطبيق آخر الملفات التي حفظتها فيه احتياطياً. لا تحذف هذه الإعدادات النسخ أو النسخ الاحتياطية التي أنشأتها إصدارات سابقة أو أدوات خارجية.
This release configures Android to exclude app data from automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. On iOS, diary storage is marked as excluded from system backup. youmia provides no restore or import service. Save any PDF or JSON exports you need before removing the app, clearing browser storage or changing phones. Exports saved in another app may be backed up by that app. These settings do not delete copies or backups made by older versions or third-party tools.
مشاركة التقارير Sharing reports
أنت تختار تصدير ملف PDF أو JSON أو الطباعة أو نسخ رابط التقرير أو عرض رمز QR. تتضمن التقارير البيانات الصحية المسجلة ومرجع المريض. تُضغط بيانات QR وتُرمّز، لكنها ليست مشفّرة أو محمية بكلمة مرور. يستطيع أي شخص يملك الرمز أو الرابط الكامل قراءتها؛ شاركها فقط مع الشخص المقصود. يضع الرابط الحالي التقرير بعد علامة #، فيُفك الترميز داخل متصفح الطبيب دون إرسال هذا الجزء إلى خادم الموقع. ومع ذلك، يتطلب فتح العارض اتصالاً عادياً بالموقع. وقد تحتفظ المتصفحات وأدوات الحافظة وتطبيقات المشاركة التي تختارها بنسخ أو تزامنها وفق سياساتها. لا يمكن إلغاء صلاحية الروابط المنسوخة عن بُعد.
You choose whether to export a PDF or JSON file, print, copy a report link or show a QR code. Reports include the recorded health details and patient reference. QR data is compressed and encoded, not encrypted or password protected. Anyone with the QR or full link can read it; share it only with your intended recipient. The current QR link places the report after # in the URL, so it is decoded in the doctor’s browser without sending that fragment to the website server. Loading the viewer still requires a normal website request. Browsers, clipboard tools and apps you choose for sharing may retain or sync copies under their own policies. Copied links cannot be remotely revoked.
طلبات الموقع والدعم والتحليلات Website requests, support and analytics
لا يتضمن تطبيق اليومية أو عارض الطبيب خدمات إعلانات أو تحليلات أو إرسال تقارير الأعطال. قد تكشف طلبات الموقع عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح والرابط المطلوب لمزود الاستضافة وسجلاته. تتضمن روابط QR القديمة التي تستخدم ?p= أو ?d= بيانات التقرير ضمن الطلب؛ تجنب إعادة مشاركتها وأنشئ رابطاً جديداً بالتطبيق الحالي. تُحفظ تفضيلات مظهر الموقع محلياً. تجهز صفحة التجربة مسودة بريد في متصفحك، ولا ترسل طلب تسجيل أو تحفظ الحقول على هذا الموقع. عليك إرسال البريد بنفسك. إذا راسلت الدعم أو أرسلت طلب التجربة، يتعامل مزود بريدك وصندوق بريد الدعم مع تلك المعلومات. لا ترسل يوميات المرضى للدعم إلا عند الحاجة وبعد الاتفاق على ذلك صراحة. تدير Apple خدمة TestFlight بشكل منفصل، وقد تجمع معلومات استخدام النسخة التجريبية والأعطال والملاحظات وفق شروط خصوصية TestFlight.
The diary app and doctor viewer include no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting service. Website requests can expose an IP address, browser information and the requested URL to the hosting provider and its logs. Older QR links using ?p= or ?d= include report data in that request; avoid redistributing them and generate a new link with the current app. Website theme preferences are saved locally. The beta page prepares an email draft in your browser; it does not submit a signup or save the fields on this website. You must send the email yourself. If you email support or a beta request, your email provider and the support mailbox handle that information. Do not send patient diaries to support unless needed and deliberately agreed. Apple operates TestFlight separately and may collect beta usage, crash information and feedback under its TestFlight privacy terms.
الاحتفاظ والحذف والنسخ الخاصة بك Retention, deletion and your copies
تبقى اليوميات على جهازك حتى تُحذف. يمكنك عرض السجلات وتعديلها وتصديرها من التطبيق. تُخفى اليوميات والإدخالات المحذوفة من التقارير، لكنها قد تبقى في التخزين المحلي حتى تستخدم الإعدادات ← حذف جميع البيانات. يزيل هذا الإجراء اليوميات والإعدادات المحفوظة، بما فيها النسخ المحلية المخصصة لاسترداد البيانات التالفة. إنهاء اليومية يجعلها غير مكتملة ولا يحذفها. لا يؤدي حذف البيانات المحلية إلى إزالة الملفات المصدّرة أو التقارير المطبوعة أو سجل المتصفح أو نسخ المستلمين أو النسخ الاحتياطية القديمة. أدر هذه النسخ بشكل منفصل مع التطبيق أو المستلم أو مزود النسخ الاحتياطي المعني. لا يستطيع المطور استعادة يوميتك المحلية.
Diaries remain on your device until removed. You can view, edit and export records in the app. Deleted diaries and entries are hidden from reports but may remain in local storage until you use Settings → Delete All Data. That action removes the app’s saved diaries and settings, including its local corruption-recovery copies. Ending a diary marks it incomplete; it does not delete it. Deleting local data does not remove exported files, printed reports, browser history, recipient copies or older device backups. Manage those copies separately with the relevant app, recipient or backup provider. The developer cannot recover your local diary.
التذكيرات والأذونات Reminders and permissions
تُجدول التذكيرات محلياً وتتطلب إذن الإشعارات. يمكنك إيقافها من الإعدادات أو من إعدادات إشعارات الهاتف. قد يظهر نص التذكير على شاشة القفل وفق إعدادات هاتفك. لا تحتاج اليومية إلى الوصول للكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الموقع أو مكتبة الصور. يمسح الطبيب رمزك باستخدام تطبيق الكاميرا في جهازه.
Reminders are scheduled locally and require notification permission. You can turn them off in Settings or in your phone’s notification settings. Notification text may appear on the lock screen according to your phone settings. The diary does not need camera, microphone, location or photo-library access. A doctor scans your QR using their own camera app.
المستخدمون المقصودون Intended users
تطبيق يومية مخصص للبالغين لتسجيل اليومية بتوجيه من الطبيب، وليس مصمماً لاستخدام الأطفال بشكل مستقل. تبقى قرارات التشخيص والعلاج من اختصاص الطبيب المؤهل.
youmia is intended for adults recording a diary under their clinician’s guidance. It is not designed for children’s independent use. Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to a qualified clinician.
