تغطي هذه السياسة يومية لهواتف iPhone وأندرويد والنسخة التجريبية الحالية للويب وعارض الطبيب. تحتوي يوميتك على معلومات صحية.
This policy covers youmia for iPhone and Android, the existing web pilot, and the doctor viewer. Your diary contains health information.
ما تسجله What you record
يحفظ تطبيق يومية الاسم أو مرجع المريض الذي تدخله، والعمر إن أدخلته، وأيام التسجيل، وكميات البول والسوائل، والإلحاح والتسرب والتبول الليلي، وأوقات النوم، وأعراض الأمعاء والمسالك البولية، وأي ملاحظات. هذه سجلات صحية وقد تدل على هويتك. أدخل فقط المعلومات التعريفية التي يحتاجها طبيبك، وتجنب رقم الهوية أو رقم الملف الطبي أو تاريخ الميلاد الكامل.
youmia stores the name or patient reference you enter, age if entered, diary dates, urine and fluid volumes, urgency, leakage, nocturia, sleep times, bowel and urinary symptoms, and any notes. These are health records and may identify you. Use only the identifying details your clinician needs; do not enter a national ID, medical record number or full date of birth.
التخزين المحلي والحماية Local storage and protection
تُحفظ اليوميات داخل التطبيق على هاتفك، وتحفظها نسخة الويب التجريبية في المتصفح. لا توجد حسابات للمرضى أو مزامنة تلقائية لليومية. عند اختيار إنشاء رمز QR لمدة خمس دقائق، تُرسل نسخة مشفّرة من التقرير مؤقتاً إلى خادم المشاركة الخاص بيومية. يوفر تطبيق الهاتف القفل بالبصمة أو رمز الدخول؛ ولا توفره نسخة الويب. يتحكم القفل في الوصول للتطبيق لكنه لا يشفّر ملفات اليومية المحلية بشكل مستقل. يتولى نظام التشغيل التحقق من البصمة أو الوجه، ولا يستلم يومية بياناتهما.
Diaries are stored in the app on your phone. The web pilot stores them in that browser. Youmia has no patient account or automatic diary sync. If you explicitly create a five-minute QR, an encrypted report copy is temporarily sent to Youmia’s sharing server. The mobile app offers biometric or PIN locking; the web pilot does not. The lock controls app access but does not separately encrypt local diary files. Biometric matching is handled by the operating system; Youmia does not receive your fingerprint or face template.
النسخ الاحتياطي وتغيير الهاتف Backups and changing phones
على iOS، تُحدد مساحة تخزين اليومية للاستبعاد من النسخ الاحتياطي للنظام. أُعدّت استثناءات النسخ السحابي ونقل الجهاز في أندرويد؛ وقد يختلف السلوك بحسب الشركة المصنّعة. لا يوفر تطبيق يومية خدمة استعادة أو استيراد. احفظ ما تحتاجه من ملفات PDF أو JSON قبل حذف التطبيق أو مسح بيانات المتصفح أو تغيير الهاتف. وقد ينسخ تطبيق آخر الملفات التي حفظتها فيه احتياطياً. لا تحذف هذه الإعدادات النسخ أو النسخ الاحتياطية التي أنشأتها إصدارات سابقة أو أدوات خارجية.
On iOS, diary storage is marked as excluded from system backup. Android cloud-backup and device-transfer exclusions are configured; behavior can depend on the device manufacturer. youmia provides no restore or import service. Save any PDF or JSON exports you need before removing the app, clearing browser storage or changing phones. Exports saved in another app may be backed up by that app. These settings do not delete copies or backups made by older versions or third-party tools.
مشاركة التقارير Sharing reports
أنت تختار تصدير ملف PDF أو JSON أو الطباعة أو إنشاء رمز QR أو رابط لمدة خمس دقائق. تتضمن التقارير البيانات الصحية المسجلة ومرجع المريض إن وُجد. يشفّر خيار المشاركة الجديد التقرير على جهازك باستخدام AES-256-GCM قبل إرسال النسخة المشفّرة عبر HTTPS إلى خدمة المشاركة الخاصة بيومية. يوجد مفتاح الفتح العشوائي في الجزء الذي يلي # داخل الرمز أو الرابط، ولا يُرسل إلى واجهة خدمة المشاركة؛ ويستخدمه متصفح الطبيب لفك التشفير. يستطيع أي شخص يملك الرمز أو الرابط فتح التقرير خلال خمس دقائق؛ ولا يجري التحقق من هوية الطبيب. بعد خمس دقائق ترفض الخدمة طلبات الاسترجاع الجديدة وتزيل النسخة المؤقتة من مخزن الذاكرة النشط. قد تبقى النسخة المفتوحة أو المحفوظة متاحة. وقد تنتهي المشاركة مبكراً إذا أُعيد تشغيل الخدمة. يلزم الاتصال بالإنترنت. يتطلب الإنشاء اختياراً صريحاً: فتح شاشة المشاركة لا يرفع تقريراً ولا يجدد المشاركة. مغادرة الشاشة أو حذف اليومية المحلية لا يلغي رابطاً موجوداً؛ وتنتهي صلاحيته في موعده الأصلي. لا تُحفظ المفاتيح والروابط مع اليومية. قد تحتفظ تطبيقات المشاركة والكاميرات والحافظة والمتصفحات بنسخ أو تزامنها. تظل الروابط المشفّرة السابقة بحاجة إلى رمز الوصول المنفصل الأصلي ولا تنتهي صلاحيتها. وتظل الروابط المرمّزة الأقدم وملفات PDF وJSON غير مشفّرة.
You choose whether to export a PDF or JSON, print, or create a five-minute QR/link. Reports contain recorded health details and any patient reference. The new five-minute option encrypts the report on your device using AES-256-GCM before sending the encrypted copy over HTTPS to Youmia’s sharing service. The random unlocking key is in the QR/link fragment and is not sent to the sharing API; the doctor’s browser uses it to decrypt. Anyone holding the QR/link can open the report during the five-minute window; no doctor identity is verified. After five minutes the service refuses new retrievals and removes the temporary copy from its active memory store. An already opened or saved copy can remain available. A service restart may end access earlier. Internet is required. Creating a QR is explicit: opening the sharing screen does not upload or renew a report. Leaving the screen or deleting the local diary does not cancel an existing link, which expires at its original deadline. Keys and links are not saved with the diary. Sharing apps, cameras, clipboard tools and browsers may retain or sync copies. Earlier encrypted links still require their original separate access code and do not expire. Older encoded links and PDF/JSON exports remain unencrypted.
طلبات الموقع والدعم والتحليلات Website requests, support and analytics
لا يتضمن التطبيق أو العارض إعلانات أو تحليلات أو خدمة لإرسال تقارير الأعطال. تُحفظ التقارير المشفّرة المؤقتة في ذاكرة عملية الخادم، لا في قاعدة بيانات للتطبيق أو ملفات تقارير؛ ولا تسجل خدمة المشاركة عمداً محتويات التقارير أو المفاتيح أو الرموز. أُعد الوكيل دون تخزين الطلبات أو الاستجابات مؤقتاً على القرص، مع تعطيل ترحيل ذاكرة الخدمة إلى القرص وتفريغات الأعطال. لا تضمن هذه الضوابط المحو الجنائي من جميع أنظمة الاستضافة. تُحفظ معرّفات مشتقة من عناوين IP لفترة قصيرة في الذاكرة للحد من إساءة الاستخدام. يظل مزود الاستضافة مسؤولاً عن معالجة حركة الشبكة والبنية التحتية. قد تكشف طلبات الموقع العادية عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح والرابط المطلوب لسجلات الاستضافة. تتضمن الروابط القديمة التي تستخدم ?p= أو ?d= بيانات التقرير في الطلب؛ فتجنب إعادة مشاركتها. تُحفظ تفضيلات المظهر محلياً. يتعامل مزود البريد وصندوق الدعم مع رسائلك؛ فلا ترسل يوميات المرضى إلا عند الحاجة وبعد الاتفاق صراحة. تدير Apple تنزيل التطبيق من App Store بصورة مستقلة وفق شروط خصوصيتها.
The app and viewer include no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting service. Temporary encrypted reports are held in server process memory, not an application database or report files; the sharing service does not intentionally log report bodies, keys or tokens. Its proxy is configured without request/response disk buffering, and service swapping and core dumps are disabled. These controls are not a guarantee of forensic erasure from all hosting infrastructure. IP-derived rate-limit identifiers are held briefly in memory to limit abuse. The hosting provider still handles network traffic and infrastructure. Ordinary website requests may expose an IP address, browser information and requested URL to hosting logs. Older ?p= or ?d= links include report data in requests; avoid redistributing them. Website theme preferences are saved locally. Email providers and the support mailbox handle messages you send; do not send patient diaries to support unless needed and deliberately agreed. Apple operates App Store downloads separately under its own privacy terms.
الاحتفاظ والحذف والنسخ الخاصة بك Retention, deletion and your copies
تبقى اليوميات على جهازك حتى تُحذف. يمكنك عرض السجلات وتعديلها وتصديرها من التطبيق. تُخفى اليوميات والإدخالات المحذوفة من التقارير، لكنها قد تبقى في التخزين المحلي حتى تستخدم الإعدادات ← حذف جميع البيانات. يزيل هذا الإجراء اليوميات والإعدادات المحفوظة، بما فيها النسخ المحلية المخصصة لاسترداد البيانات التالفة. إنهاء اليومية يجعلها غير مكتملة ولا يحذفها. لا يؤدي حذف البيانات المحلية إلى إزالة الملفات المصدّرة أو التقارير المطبوعة أو سجل المتصفح أو نسخ المستلمين أو النسخ الاحتياطية القديمة. أدر هذه النسخ بشكل منفصل مع التطبيق أو المستلم أو مزود النسخ الاحتياطي المعني. لا يستطيع المطور استعادة يوميتك المحلية.
Diaries remain on your device until removed. You can view, edit and export records in the app. Deleted diaries and entries are hidden from reports but may remain in local storage until you use Settings → Delete All Data. That action removes the app’s saved diaries and settings, including its local corruption-recovery copies. Ending a diary marks it incomplete; it does not delete it. Deleting local data does not remove exported files, printed reports, browser history, recipient copies or older device backups. Manage those copies separately with the relevant app, recipient or backup provider. The developer cannot recover your local diary.
التذكيرات والأذونات Reminders and permissions
تُجدول التذكيرات محلياً وتتطلب إذن الإشعارات. يمكنك إيقافها من الإعدادات أو من إعدادات إشعارات الهاتف. قد يظهر نص التذكير على شاشة القفل وفق إعدادات هاتفك. لا تحتاج اليومية إلى الوصول للكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الموقع أو مكتبة الصور. يمسح الطبيب رمزك باستخدام تطبيق الكاميرا في جهازه.
Reminders are scheduled locally and require notification permission. You can turn them off in Settings or in your phone’s notification settings. Notification text may appear on the lock screen according to your phone settings. The diary does not need camera, microphone, location or photo-library access. A doctor scans your QR using their own camera app.
المستخدمون المقصودون Intended users
تطبيق يومية مخصص للبالغين من عمر ١٨ سنة لتسجيل اليومية بتوجيه من الطبيب، وليس مصمماً لاستخدام الأطفال بشكل مستقل. تبقى قرارات التشخيص والعلاج من اختصاص الطبيب المؤهل.
youmia is intended for adults aged 18 and older recording a diary under their clinician’s guidance. It is not designed for children’s independent use. Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to a qualified clinician.
